He called saying I was with BT and that someone would be sent to replace my broadband router. Honestly, it was supposed to be amusing but just ended up being a bit annoying. Not really the highlight of my day.

Got a call from some dodgy number and when I started asking questions, they just hung up on me. Obviously dodgy, they couldn’t answer a single thing I asked. Total scam.
