Had a couple of calls to my home phone within just an hour from BT scam number. Proper annoying, and when I told them off, they were super rude and hung up on me. Totally not cool.

Absolutely dodgy call claiming to be from BT, saying something was wrong with my internet speed. They kept saying I should be getting 100mbps - I told them flat out that if they really were BT, they’d already know my address and that my top speed is only 50mbps. It was a call centre, sounded like it was from India. Let them know exactly what I thought about scammers pretending to be legitimate companies, and warned them that karma will catch up with them. Seriously, don’t hand over any details to these types. Blocked the number straight away.
