Received a call from someone purporting to be from BT. I've decided to put a stop to this by blocking the number.

On the 4th of September 2018, a Tuesday, at about 1:04 pm, I got a call from what sounded like an automated voice with an American accent. The message said it was from BT and that my internet service was going to be disconnected today. They told me to stay on the line if I wanted to fix the problem.
