So, this is Warmseal Windows ringing from Throckley, Newcastle upon Tyne. If you pick up, the callers are really courteous. The only thing I find a bit annoying is when you’re not around and they leave no voicemail - guess they’re stuck either way. By the way, I got some Warmseal windows installed a while back and had no issues. A couple of years ago, they rang out of the blue to warn about a potential discolouration problem. They then came over, checked everything, and fixed a door that was beginning to fade. Nice to see good customer care like that.
