Had another call today from a different number but still with that Newcastle area code. They left a message saying press 1 to talk to Amazon Prime. Sounds like a scam to me, probably trying to trick you into handing over your cash. Definitely dodgy.

Been called twice today by different numbers starting with the Newcastle area code. Both times they left a voicemail saying to press 1 if I want to talk to Amazon Prime. Sounds dodgy to me, like they’re trying to trick you into giving away your cash. Definitely a scam if you ask me!

Just like others have said, I got a couple of calls from a number saying it was about my Amazon Prime subscription, telling me to press "1". They rang me twice in the same day.

I didn’t pick up the call, but after looking it up here, it’s clear it’s an Amazon scam from another number. I’ve already flagged it as suspicious.

Had a robotic voice on the phone claiming to be from Amazon, warning me about some money being taken out. I ended up using BT 1572 to stop those calls.

I just let it ring, didn’t pick up. No voicemail either. Looked up the number here and decided to block it.

I saw the phone ringing but didn’t actually pick it up, and they just ended the call. This was the second time in about five minutes I got a call claiming to be from Bodens. The other one came from 01914880938 and said they were with Amazon.

Can anyone on here use their combined knowledge to get Ofcom moving? It’s shocking how these scammers are still running free, and it feels like Ofcom couldn’t care less. Something really needs to be done to stop these nasty fraudsters.

They called saying something about Amazon Prime, but I’ve never signed up for that. Sounds dodgy to me, so I just ended the call straight away. Definitely a scam.
