A man with an Indian accent rang up asking for someone using my wife's maiden name, which was totally wrong. He was quite polite when I told him he had the wrong person. He said he was calling from 'Benefits UK' and started pushing me for info about my postcode. I flipped it on him and asked if they had a website. He said yes, so I asked for the address, but he gave me some weird answer, something like ‘iq]’. That made me question if he was really from a government office or a private company. He stuttered a bit and then said sorry, he didn’t want to waste my time and hung up.
