Yet again, I've received a call from them, and just as I was about to engage, they hung up! They were supposedly representing Connex. What a nuisance!

I received a call from a chap representing Universal Utilities, insisting they could offer me a superior broadband package. Quite frankly, I've no desire to entertain that idea.
