I got a call from someone claiming to be Virgin Media, saying everything was fine with my internet but there might be a problem, so they wanted to see my computer screen. The weird thing is, my internet wasn’t even on at the time! They didn’t ask me to prove who they were right away either. For me, I wouldn’t let them anywhere near my computer.
