They called claiming to be from BT saying our phone lines were still analogue, which isn't true at all. Then they kept pushing to find out who our current provider was. Total scam, just fishing for personal info.

This is the third time they've rung me this week, saying they’re from B.T’s migration crew and that they’re gonna disconnect some old analogue phone line. When I pointed out it was the third call, they suddenly got all awkward and tried to laugh it off. Thing is, we don’t even have any analogue phones - switched to internet phones ages ago. Definitely avoid these scam callers.

These people are really pushy and not honest at all. They ring non-stop from different numbers, even mobile ones. When they reckon they've been put on hold, they start swearing. Plus, they never bother to leave a message, so it’s impossible to get on with what you’re doing. Best to stay clear of them.

Got a call from someone saying they were with BT and threatening to disconnect one of our lines unless we explained what it was used for. I asked them to send an email so we could reply properly, but they claimed they couldn't use email and accused me of "making things difficult". I ended it right there.
