I got a call from some bloke named Conner who started getting aggressive when I wouldn't hand over my company's info about some supposed BT line switch or closure. He kept insisting he was with BT or British Telecom, but his tone was super rude and pushy. Honestly, if he really works for BT, it's shocking how badly he handled things. Don't really know what he was trying to achieve with that attitude.
