Got a call nearly every day now from someone claiming to be Virgin Media about my broadband speed. The caller was a polite lady with an Indian accent. But the moment I asked her for my name and address details, she lost it and started shouting nasty insults at me, calling me a "f***ing idiot" and then just hung up. Looks like these scammers arent so confident anymore now that we’re wise to their tricks!
