Got a random call from this number today. A bloke with a UK accent kept trying to get me to say something for nearly half a minute, but I just stayed quiet since I didn’t recognise the number and usually don’t answer calls from unknown numbers without warning. After a while, he gave up and ended the call.

Got a call from a number I didn't recognise. I picked up but just left the phone down without saying a word. A bloke with a British accent just said "hello" repeatedly for around 8 seconds then just cut off. For now, I'm assuming this might be a scammer, especially since the number fits the pattern of ones often linked to dodgy calls.
