Some bloke phoned up an old man in his nineties sayin' he'd lost £168.70 from his bank for some Railcard purchase. They claimed they could refund it, but insisted on gettin' his bank details first. The poor sod said he needed to wait till his daughter got back home before doing anything. This really shook him up, and when his daughter came back, he told her everything that happened. She went straight to their bank, and thankfully, no money had actually been taken out.
