Got a call from someone swearing up a storm - total scammer!

Today, 19th March 2019, I got three calls from this number between 09:06 and 10:30. They also kept sending me annoying "ghost calls" coming from 01944939195, but when traced, they linked back to the number ending in "739." Given the way they’ve been hassling me, especially trying to mess with my internet access, this is being looked into by the authorities handling the misuse of investigatory powers act. It’s not just annoying, it’s actually quite serious.
