Some bloke called me pretending to be from Amazon tech support, said there were loads of login attempts on my Prime account. He said to press 1 to protect it. Had a strong Indian accent. I asked him to just send a verification email instead. Seriously, don’t fall for this, it’s a scam!

Got calls from this number and another one, 01328076488 I think, from Fakenham, Norfolk maybe? Both rang me this morning around 9 and half 9 on the 21st of Sept. The voice was an American woman telling me my Amazon Prime subscription was about to renew and to press 1 if I wanted to continue. I’ve never signed up for Amazon Prime, so I just hung up. The call came from Tyneside with the same voice. Guessing it’s one of those scams trying to get you to ring a premium number. Fingers crossed I don’t get any more!
