Some bloke rang me claiming he was from Alpine Group or something like that - no idea if that company even exists. He was trying to sell me stuff. I told him to stop calling, especially since my number is on the TPS list, but he just didn’t listen and kept ringing from different numbers. Every time I blocked one, another showed up. Sounds like a proper scam to me, so watch out everyone!

Today alone ive had 6 calls coming through from various numbers all starting with the South Shields area code. I didn’t pick up any of them and none left a voicemail either. I’m not connected to that region in any way, either personally or work-wise, so I’m guessing it’s some sort of spam or scam. Over the past day, I’ve gotten 9 different calls total, 6 from South Shields and 3 from Daventry, all from unfamiliar numbers. When I looked these up, none had been reported previously which seemed a bit odd to me.
