Told the lady on the phone I wasn’t interested, but she just kept pushing like she didn’t want to hear no.

Quite aggressive, to be honest. When I mentioned I was on the Telephone Preference Service, the caller seemed completely oblivious to what it was. They then transferred me to a manager who absurdly claimed the issue lay with the TPS since they vet all the numbers on the list. It was blatant nonsense; I verified my TPS status straight after the conversation and can confirm I’m entirely registered.

Got a call from someone claiming they were from Openreach. When I told them I wasn’t interested in talking about my phone bill, they got quite rude and started saying my broadband and phone would stop working. Proper unpleasant experience!
