I got a call from someone claiming to be from Sky, saying they had checked my router and noticed I wasn’t receiving all the channels I was supposed to. I let them carry on talking for a bit then questioned who my broadband provider was. They insisted it was Sky, so I asked how long I’d supposedly been with them. When I said I don’t actually have Sky broadband, they asked who my supplier was. I told them I already knew - wasn’t that what they were supposed to know? Then they just cut the call right there!
