some bloke claiming to be ryan from bt rang me up saying my router was full of viruses. he quickly jumped into asking me to hit the windows button and all that. knowing how dodgy these calls can be and not keen on having my personal stuff nicked or my hard drive trashed, i told him i wasn’t even a bt customer. right then, ‘ryan’ just hung up on me. bit of a waste, i was about to give him a good telling off!
