some woman rang up saying she was from british telecom, saying there was odd stuff happening on my internet and phone line and they’d be cutting it off soon. i asked her straight up who she was, who she thought she was speaking to, and whose bt account she meant. she wouldn’t say who she was or which bt account she was talking about, just kept repeating the same thing. after i did the same back a couple of times, she just hung up on me.
