Got a call from someone saying they were from Sky but they couldn’t even tell me my name. They asked me to enter some kind of password into my computer through Windows so they could “guide me” through fixing the issue. I checked my internet speed and everything with Sky directly, and there’s nothing wrong at all. You’d think they’d just email if there was a real problem or sort it themselves instead of ringing me over and over with nonsense about fixing something that isn’t broken!
