Blimey, if it’s Littlewoods, it rings a bell for me. I ended up being late, but they’re the same mob I've dealt with in the past. All my catalogues are from them, and yes, my payments are sorted. They gave me until the 14th to settle up, though they went ahead and slapped on a late fee. Now, I’ve got the same situation with K and Co, where I’ve got to pay on time there as well, even though it’s before the 14th. Crikey, can’t they give us a breather? It’s just relentless, isn’t it!

Every time I picked up there was just silence or background chatter like a busy call centre, then they’d either stay quiet for ages or abruptly hang up.
