I didnt pick up the call and they were asking for my MRN, which I think stands for Medical Record Number. Ive got an appointment tomorrow, so I’m guessing it was some sort of automated reminder. It’s only helpful if you actually pick up the call. If you’re not around to hit a button, they won’t drop a voicemail since they can’t confirm who’s answering. I get that, but anyone could just be mashing the buttons anyway. What’s really annoying is that there’s no way to reach them to see when they’ve scheduled the appointment.
