I got a phone call from someone claiming to be from BT about a broadband problem on my desktop. I told the man, who introduced himself as Henry and spoke with a clear Asian accent, that I don’t even own a desktop. Then he switched the problem to my BT Hub instead. When I asked if he was really with BT and said I’d check their customer service for any known issues before getting back to him, he just ended the call.
