I received a rather dubious phone call, supposedly from BT, claiming that there was a problem with my broadband connection on my desktop computer. However, when I mentioned to the gentleman on the line, who went by the name of Henry and had a noticeably Asian accent, that I actually didn't possess a desktop, he quickly shifted his story and claimed the issue was with my BT Hub instead. I then inquired whether he was genuinely affiliated with BT, stating that I planned to contact their customer service to verify if there were any ongoing issues. Strangely enough, right after that, he abruptly ended the call.
