I received a call from a man who had an Indian or Pakistani accent, stating he was affiliated with the Telephone Preference Service. He was asking for my personal information, claiming it was necessary to keep the service active.

I received a call from a woman with an Asian accent. She didn’t mention which company she represented but inquired about a past owner of this number, which we’ve had for six years now. The only calls I ever get linked to that name are just a nuisance.

I've received seven calls in the span of just twenty minutes from an Asian chap. I told him if he fancied chit-chatting aimlessly for the entire afternoon, that was a matter for him, not my wallet! He started to argue, and then, without warning, he cut the line. By the way, he didn't even bother to get my name correct!

I recently invested in a BT call blocking phone, and I must say, it’s been a game changer! Now, only folks I recognise can actually reach me. It's quite fortunate, really, as I had six calls from 01909 774702 today alone, and just yesterday, two from 01909 732220. They are relentless, aren't they? Fortunately, my phone only alerts me when a number saved in my contacts tries to get in touch.

A chap of Asian descent has been ringing us up, claiming our computer's infected with a virus and that he’s looking for Mr. Williamson. Total con artist! I’ve tried calling back multiple times, but no response whatsoever. #SCAM

Beware! This number seems to be operated by fraudsters attempting to obtain credit card information. It's definitely a risky contact to engage with.

I received a call from an individual with an Asian accent claiming they could prevent any unwanted calls to my landline. They requested that I verify a few details about myself, which I did—everything was accurate. However, when they started asking for information related to my debit card, I refused to provide any. I decided it was best to hang up.

The call appeared as "international," yet it came from this particular number. When I answered, I remained silent, and a moment later, they hung up. Seems likely to be a scammer, if you ask me.

I'm receiving a barrage of calls from this particular number. Initially, it appears as an international call, but then it switches to what seems to be a Worksop or Nottingham area code on my caller ID. This morning alone, I’ve had three of these annoyances! Strangely enough, there's complete silence on the other end, and then the line just cuts out. Quite baffling, really!

I received a call earlier from someone with an Asian accent, asking if they could speak to Mr. Smith. I informed them that there was no one by that name residing here. They then inquired if I owned the phone number, to which I responded that I did not and explained I was just looking after the house. After that, the caller swiftly disconnected. Seems a bit dodgy, don’t you think?

Received two calls today. They were keen to speak to Mrs... I offered to take a message as her daughter but they just hung up. The caller had a foreign accent, which made me a bit suspicious.
