I must say, I’m quite impressed with BT Call Guardian’s ability to filter out scam calls. If you have the budget for it, I wholeheartedly suggest giving it a go. It's proving to be excellent value for money, intercepting around four dodgy calls daily while allowing all the legitimate ones to come through unscathed. The only indication we’re getting these calls is a little beep from the main line where it connects to our house - the phones remain silent, and the scam attempts simply appear as missed calls on the display. Honestly, it’s a brilliant system!

Every time this number rings, I've been wishing nothing but the worst on whoever's calling - really hoping they suffer quick, sharp punishments. I probably should've made those wishes a bit shorter though, as they keep pestering me almost daily, about four, five times each day. Definitely a scam, I've already reported it to Action Fraud. It's important to report these kinds of calls because they could trick people who are more vulnerable. They're calling from loads of different numbers, so watch out for that.

Got two calls today from 001909 568925, strange number so I tried to see where it was from but 00 19 isn’t a real international dialling code as far as I know. Found some info here and glad I didn’t pick up, especially since my other half can be a bit too trusting sometimes. I’ve stopped answering unknown numbers completely now!
