There was a really thick foreign accent on the other end, made it pretty hard to make out what he was trying to say.

I got a call from what sounded like a scam centre overseas, trying to scam me out of my cash. The weird thing is the number had a Worksop area code, which makes me wonder how the phone company even lets this happen. Feels really dodgy.

Today, they phoned back and asked for the card info again. I gave them just the expiry date, but then they pushed for more details. When I hesitated, they kept saying it was fine to share it. So, I just ended the call. Then, about 10 minutes later, they rang me again.
