Got a call from someone saying they’re with BT. Their English wasn’t great and combined with my awful hearing, it was really tough to understand them. They said there was an issue with my router not getting updates and tried to transfer me to a tech department. I told them no and asked if they could just send me a letter explaining what the problem was instead.
