So, BT just shut down my phone and internet right away, saying I was doing something illegal. Honestly, it was a bit frightening for me, and I can imagine it would be the same for others too.

Got a call saying my Visa card got charged £500 by Amazon/EBay. They told me to press 1 if I didn’t make the purchase. I haven’t bought anything from either site, so I just ignored it. Waiting to see what happens next.
