I received a call from a rather dodgy number.

Whenever I receive a call from these pesky numbers, I simply add them to my block list on my device. Consequently, they can no longer bother me!

This isn't the first occasion I've received a call from them. I chose not to pick up, as I haven't a clue who they might be!

Quite unsettling to receive a call at 7 in the morning, claiming to be from Windows! The individual on the line had a noticeably difficult accent and insisted that my computer was in dire straits. When I inquired about their identity, they promptly disconnected!

I received a call at the crack of dawn, around 7:00 am, so I decided to let my answering machine handle it. However, the caller hung up without leaving a single word. I did a bit of digging on the area code, 190, and discovered it’s linked to Asia. Quite peculiar!

Claimed to be representing Windows. I informed him that I'm on the Telephone Preference Service list and have absolutely no patience for unwanted calls. Ended the conversation right there!

Received a call at half past eight this morning, and I must say, I’m not thrilled about unsolicited calls on a weekend! Quite annoying, really.

We keep receiving calls to our number that show as coming from abroad, yet it's meant to be a local workshop line. Strangely, there are never any messages left when we check the answering machine.

I attempted to reach out to my elderly relative, who is 90 years old and struggles with heart leukaemia and limited mobility issues. Fortunately, they didn’t pick up the phone. Had they suffered a mishap whilst trying to answer the call, I would have been compelled to consider pursuing legal avenues regarding this caller.

I had a call from a gentleman who had an Asian accent claiming to be from TPS. He requested my credit card information, but when I firmly declined to share any details, he abruptly ended the conversation.

I've received a fair few calls from this number lately. Finally decided to pick up, and some bloke claimed to be from the TPS. He requested £29.99, to which I promptly told him to shove off!

He attempted to pitch a call blocking gadget, insisting it was complimentary but required a single payment of £29.99. I had to remind him that he was essentially promoting a product designed to curtail marketing calls while clearly making a marketing call himself. I subsequently ended the conversation.

I received a call from a foreign gentleman who was rather evasive about his location. When I mentioned that I'm registered with the Telephone Preference Service, he claimed to be associated with them and promptly ended the call. Quite the cheek, really!
