I received an incoming call at precisely 15:30 on the 14th of January, 2020, but it was just silence on the other end. I've since redirected that number to avoid future disturbances. This is the fifth time today I've encountered a call that seems related to scams. One has to wonder, what measures is the telecoms regulator actually taking to tackle this incessant issue?
