The firm goes by the name Commercial Reduction Services, with a bloke called Alex running the show. Not entirely sure if they’re above board, but they claim they can sort out your energy contract renewal and get you the best deal. I told them I’m perfectly capable of handling it myself, didn’t want their help. After getting pestered with two calls every week, I ended up giving them a mouthful. Now I’m warning others ’cause I’m fed up with their constant ringing. They even use a Rotherham number, so just hang up and block them if your phone allows it.
