I've received multiple calls from this number which claims to be associated with the UK energy database, yet it's based in Worksop of all places. They’ve rung me four times in just two days. When I spoke to them yesterday (12th May), they insisted that my home had been misclassified as a commercial property, which is absolutely untrue-it's always been a residential address! They inquired about who supplies my energy as well. To add to the confusion, there is another number from Manchester connected to this mess. I advise everyone to remain cautious of numbers beginning with 0161 from Manchester; during a time when I was self-employed, I encountered numerous scams where individuals falsely claimed I owed money for being listed on their so-called databases. I was never involved with them. The issue escalated to the police, and those scammers disappeared without a trace.
