I joined a competition on Facebook a while ago, something linked to Center Parcs. When they rang me in July, I soon realised it was a scam. They’re obviously quite skilled because they had my name since I gave it to them. I guess that makes you more likely to trust them. Definitely a lesson for me - don’t share your personal info on Facebook comps!

It's really worrying that they have my full name, address and even my postcode. When I told the woman on the phone I'd be reporting her to the police, she just hung up straight away.
