There was a long silence before they awkwardly attempted to ask about my home’s wall insulation. Proper rubbish effort.

Got a call earlier about loft insulation, but as soon as I asked a question, they just ended the call. Bit weird, to be honest.

Got a call on our home phone both on the 5th and 18th Nov 2020 about some government loft insulation scheme, said our insulation might need topping up and that there could be damp or condensation issues. My husband actually fitted the insulation himself but when I tried to pass the phone to him, the caller ended the call straight away. Seems like they’re just trying to scare folks into getting unnecessary work done?? Very suspicious!
