i think i might have been tricked somehow. someone rang me claiming to be from the tech team about my internet, but the caller’s accent was really hard to get. after a bit, i asked if they had a fault number or reference and they just said “i’m from bt, madam, we’re working on boosting your broadband speed” then they just ended the call. bit fishy if you ask me.

I think I might have been duped! Just recently, I got a phone call from someone claiming to be from a tech support team about my internet connection. The chap spoke with such a thick accent that I could barely follow what he was saying. Eventually, I inquired if they could provide a fault reference number. To that, they insisted, “I’m from BT, madam, we’re working to enhance your Broadband,” before abruptly ending the call. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!
