Seems like just another firm trying to trick people by pretending there’s a scheme when there isn’t one related to home improvements. The Help to Buy grant isn’t connected to this kind of work at all. Plus, if you want any official government funding, it’s up to the homeowner to apply themselves - no need for some third party to do it for you.
