I’ve had a right nuisance with this number! They don't pick up when I answer, yet the calls just keep on coming. I suspect it’s one of those dodgy scam calls, to be honest.

An outsider inquired about my status as the property owner. In response, I babbled in utter nonsense—created my own quirky lingo that’s all over the shop! Before long, she exclaimed, “I’ll remove you from the records, cheers!” Haha, that certainly did the trick!
