I’ve just received a call from this number, and I didn’t answer it as I don’t recognise it. A quick search online indicates that it might be associated with spam. Best to steer clear of it, I reckon!

01908886825 This number's from Milton Keynes, so I decided to pick up. The caller claimed I had placed an order for a battery, which left me completely baffled since I hadn't made any such request! It quickly dawned on me that it was a shady operation. I promptly ended the call and ensured the number was blocked.

This number has been ringing me daily for the past week, and on occasion, they’ve even phoned me twice in one day - it’s absolutely infuriating! I’ve chosen not to pick up, and I’m definitely going to block them.

"Assistance for Residences" – Denied access.

I noticed I had a missed call from an Mk number, so I thought I'd return the call. They instantly recognised my name and mentioned they had previously sent me a letter earlier this year regarding some sort of eligibility for solar panels or an energy scheme. I probed them with questions, but they were rather unhelpful, not giving away much information at all, which led to them hanging up on me.

They were offering a complimentary assessment, but to be honest, I don’t remember ever getting any letter about it. In this day and age, trust is a rare commodity, so I simply expressed my disinterest and ended the call.

I rang the number again simply to confirm what I had previously saved as a spam contact on my phone. A woman answered and inquired if I was Mr or Miss Smith. When I told her it was a wrong number, she promptly apologised, and that was the end of the conversation.

It seems there's a bit of a muddle with Help for Homes regarding solar funding. They mentioned dispatching a letter back in March concerning funding applications, but it appears I never received it. Now, I'm in a bit of a jam as I've been blocked from any further communication. Quite frustrating, really!
