I believe it’s just the Open University reaching out for a bit of feedback. They’re not after any sensitive information like bank details or your home address, so no need to worry!

I attempted to verify our email address, which they seemed to already have in their possession. They claimed to represent the Open University and mentioned that my wife had completed her degree with them not too long ago. Interestingly, the caller ID labelled the call as Potential Fraud.

So, I had this strange call where they asked for my full name, the university I attended, and even my new postcode! It felt quite believable given how much they seemed to know about me. I'm guessing they’re just in the process of updating records for Kent Education or something similar. Quite odd, isn't it?

I'm curious about how these double glazing firms manage to acquire your contact details. Thankfully, as a tenant, there's less hassle dealing with them, as I can simply sidestep their relentless sales pitches!

Received a call from a chap of Asian descent purporting to be from EDF Energy.

Received a call from an individual with a Southeast Asian accent, though I didn’t catch his name. He claimed to represent EDF and insisted he’d helped a nearby business located at 321—though I’m dubious there’s even one there on this trading estate! He was keen to extend a similar offer to me and requested the details of our broker. I declined and promptly ended the call.
