2 yearsHad a very loud woman with an Indian accent calling me, going on about my computer and something to do with Microsoft. I told her my computer was working fine, and she said she already knew that. Then she called me by a name that wasn’t mine. I told her she had the wrong person, but she just shouted, “Yes, you are!” I kept saying I wasn’t, but she claimed she had my exact name, address and postcode. I asked her to tell me what they were - and she gave me a completely different name and wrong address and postcode! When I pointed out those weren’t my details, she yelled back, “I know everything about you, why are you lying?” and kept calling me Mr Jackson, which I’m definitely not. She went on about how I was lying to her. I laughed because it was all so ridiculous, and she snapped at me to “shut up, shut up.” I just hung up while laughing.
