I rang the number back, only to be greeted by a rather unsettling foreign chap who claimed to be calling from absolutely nowhere! When I checked the area code, it became apparent that he was rather evasive, insisting he hadn’t made the call at all. Quite the peculiar experience!

Opted not to pick up because it was an unrecognised number, so I’ve gone ahead and blocked it.

When I declined to share my age, they became increasingly pushy, and I couldn't help but get annoyed at their persistence. I made it clear that I wasn't comfortable continuing the conversation.

I decided to end the conversation before the gentleman with the strong accent could elaborate any further. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!
