I picked up, but as soon as I did, they just ended the call.

I picked up and said "Fraud Dept..." and after a short silence, a woman with an Asian accent spoke from a call centre, repeating "Fraud Dept..." back to me. Then they just ended the call! Clearly a total scam, definitely something to disregard even if you are on TPS.
