I received a rather unsettling voicemail claiming to be from an inmate. The chap on the line had a rather rough voice, and all he uttered was a simple “hello.” That was more than enough for me to hang up and move on. He kept ringing me over the course of several weeks, so I eventually decided to block the number altogether. Quite the nuisance!
