I’ve had this number ringing my phone incessantly for nearly a year now. I’ve finally decided to block it, as it’s clearly a scam.

I received four consecutive calls from this number and opted not to pick up since it was unfamiliar. Now, they’ve begun messaging me on WhatsApp, claiming to have a ‘kitchen assistant position available locally’ that I supposedly applied for. The thing is, I’ve not looked into such roles around here at all!

This number kept calling relentlessly until I finally picked up. An Indian woman was on the other end, attempting to persuade me to consider life insurance. I firmly told her I wasn’t keen on it, requested that she remove my number from their list, and urged her not to bother me again.

Missed a call on the 8th of July, 2021 at precisely 5:39 PM, along with two more calls that I couldn't take on the 21st of September, 2021 at 2:45 PM and again at 2:46 PM. Quite a few missed opportunities there!

I noticed I’d received three calls from this number spaced out by about 15 minutes each. Since I don’t recognise it, I didn’t bother returning the call, but out of curiosity, I decided to investigate here to understand why they felt the need to ring me so urgently without leaving a voicemail. Then, just to top it off, I got another call from them three hours later. Quite odd indeed!
