A sneaky direct debit has been set up on my account, pilfering a tenner! I noticed it almost immediately and didn’t hesitate to alert my bank about it!

I received this number concerning what seems to be a dodgy transaction linked to my bank account. It's for Debit Finance Collections PLC, located at Davy Avenue in Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, with the number 01908 420842. I’m still baffled, Mr Ross Young, as to how they managed to arrange this transaction without my knowledge; it appeared unexpectedly on my statement.

My bank account has been debited £36.94. I've gone ahead and cancelled the direct debit. I really hope that's sufficient. The phone line was quite sluggish to respond, so this definitely calls for some probing into the matter.

I didn't receive any phone calls, yet somehow £35 was withdrawn from my bank last month, and this morning, they took another £19.95. I've never had any transactions with this company, which clearly screams fraud. They're simply thieving from unsuspecting individuals!

Steer clear of this at all costs!
