I reckon the calls were probably coming from this number since the person on the line spoke with a really thick Indian accent. They claimed to be from Openreach and said there was a problem with my internet speed. While I was chatting to them, I ran my own speed test. When I told them the speeds I was getting, the caller asked to remotely control my PC to sort out the router. I never agreed to give them access. When I asked why the problem would be with my router and why they couldn’t just test my line for faults, they abruptly ended the call.
