This bloke said he was with Greenwood Trust and said it was his first time ringing me. Sounds like one of those window salesmen to me, like that Zenith lot. They always chat about some £200 grant for each window coz mine are over 10 years old. Feels like the same old trick they've tried on us before.

When I inquired about how my number was obtained, she explained it was a lucky dip of sorts, then apologised and ended the call. She was utterly charming and courteous the entire time!
