Got a call from a bloke named Alan claiming to be from BT in London. He reckons my internet security was breached, saying Russians were using it to steal info from here and globally. When I said I wasn’t convinced anything was wrong with my connection, he passed me over to his supervisor, Roger, who was another Indian guy. Roger insisted I didn’t get it and tried to explain further. After I called it out as a scam, the guy started shouting in his own language, definitely not English, and then just cut me off.
