These guys rang me first thing at 7:15 a.m. today, and the moment I picked up and the answerphone started, the line just went dead.

Got a call from a guy with an Indian accent saying he's from BT Openreach. He went on about loads of error messages on my computer and said it might have viruses or even been hacked. I told him I’m not a BT customer but he kept running through his spiel. Then I told him again that if I’m not with BT then obviously I’m not on Openreach, and that’s when he just hung up.
